With an experience of over 10 years in the Real Estate industry, I have always strived to accumulate important knowledge and skillsets in order to truly add value to anyone who needs honest and reliable advise on their property plans.
The same set of knowledge and skillsets were applied to carry out my personal journey with my wife in terms of asset planning. So far, we are blessed to be able to sell off our 1st property (a HDB BTO), and proceeded to purchase 2 private properties (without ABSD).
Along the way, there were calculated risks that we identified and chose to take. All for the goal of having a comfortable retirement for ourselves and providing a good head start to the next generation.
We are glad that our efforts had paid off as both properties are now sitting on significant gains within a 3 year period from our purchase dates. Through this, I developed a strong understanding of the market and had formulated various strategies for clients with different objectives.
